Kohler command 16 - smoke

I have a command 16 in a new holland mower. When I engauge the PTO or put the mower under heavy load I'll get a puff of blue smoke. Clearly its oil. I have 1 cylinder that is fouled, the other is fine. What are my next steps?

Also of note, the hose from the valve cover is missing as is a hose from the crankcase. Can anyone shed some light on where these hoses should be routed. I think these were left off at my last service.

Any input would be very appreciated.
