I am 15 years old and i wanted to know if toro 48" or 36" commerial mower has a better warranty than a exmark 48" or 36" commerial mower?

Because of competition between manufacturers, most all commercial equipment carries the same warrenties.

Toro owns Exmark and give the same warranty on either mower.
