You have to like a company that stands by it's equipment.
We have been using Proshot lasers for 4 years now, early this spring one of them got knocked over during a rain storm, the fall knocked it off calabration, so we sent if off to the local repair shop. They said that they couldn't fix it but would send it back to the factory.
Unit was returned today, well it was in last week but just had time to pick it up today, factory installed a new case and recalabrated it. Charge for this was $00.00 and that includes shipping. You have to love a company like that.

That's definitely cool. Wish it was easier to know which companies give such good service before needing it.

Hello,

That is very good service. Most companies would say tough luck and send you the entire bill. Worked for a surverying company for awhile and I remember they had gotten a brand new sokkia set III field survey unit (big $) that got dropped in the case and was knocked all out of alignment during the first week. They sent it out, got it back a week later, and got a bill for close to 2k the week after that.

You are very lucky.

My next laser will be a Pro Shot, you can't beat a company that stands by their equiptment.
