echo hedge trimmer problem

Recently I nearly lost my finger with my hedge trimmer 1500 model???
Once you let off the gas the blade still moves a bit......how do i stop that from happening....is it the idle? bolts on blade?

Do the blades move when you try and start it? If so then your clutch springs could have failed, but if they only move a little while running then you idle speed may need to be adjusted lower.
