I just got a set of Flex Forks for my 60" Super Z and all I can say is WOW!:clapping: They really make a big difference. I have some commercial properties that get real rough out on the county right of way and these have made a world of difference. Also I was wondering where I could get some Hustler decals for our enclosed trailer?

I am glad you like your Flex Forks, they are a great addition to any mower.
We offer decals through your dealer, if you need help with them e-mail me.

They smooth out the ride, saves back pain and lets you mow faster.
They are great in a cemetery.

Can't imagine it is a tough or long job, but how long did it take? Any problems or tricks you might have learned?

With air tools it takes just a few minutes, with wrenches doing it by hand it takes a few minutes longer.
Just get the unit jacked up high enough and its easy.

We do not recommend Flex Forks with the Bac-Vac.
Tire pressure should be about 10 PSI, maybe a bit more depending on your conditions.

What mowers will they fit? Super Z , Z, Mini Z? Will they fit older Super Z's or Z's?

The part # listed in my last post fits all Hustler Z's and Super Z's back to 1999.
The other models of Flex Forks we make for our mowers fit all the previous models of those mowers FasTrak, Mini Z etc etc...

I just put a set on my 20/52 fastrak last weekend. Took about 10 minutes max. What a difference. This thing feels like it is a full suspension mower. Hustler will sell the crap out of these things.
Hands down the best money I spent on it.

I have read a couple of threads about the flex forks (or maybe even the regular forks) having to be tightened everyday. What do you suggest to fix this problem. I just ordered mine and want to be prepared.

I am not aware of this problem.....
Some guys on Super Z's have the front wheels shake at high speed on hard surfaces, this can be taken care of by adding a washer / spacer to the bolt and washer assembly and tighten it up a bit more.

When my new one was delivered the front wheels would shimmy on asphalt or concrete running full speed so I let the air pressure down to 8 lbs. in each tire and it lowered the whole mower and stopped this problem and made the ride much better. I put 10 lbs. of air in the front tires last week just to see if there was any difference and it did not take me long to decide there was a lot more bounce so I took it back to 8 lbs. and could not believe 2 lbs. of air could make that much difference in the ride.
