I have a 2002 F-150 SuperCrew Fx4 I am looking for a chest style tool box that sits below the rails so I can still use the toneau cover. Any suggestions would be great. :)

Weatherguard has always served me well. They're not the cheapest around, but it's quality stuff.
Another brand I have used, and liked, is Adrian Steel. www.americanvan.com is a website that I have bought many things from over the years. You can browse online, or sign up for a catalog via snail mail. They sell the Adrian Steel line.
Good folks there.

Another vote for Weatherguard. I've got two of the across the bed boxes, the great big one I bought last weekend used for $100:cool2: I put my smaller one on my dad's pickup since my other truck is a flatbed. Another box that I know is real solid is Rawson Koenig. I don't know if they make a chest style box or not though.

GREAT score! :clapping:
I bought mine 10+ years ago and I think it was over $400 back then.
