Jungle Jack Parts?

I need a new wheel for my Jack. The seals that hold the bearing and the tire together broke. Anybody have a number for them? My dealer thought I was crazy calling him to get the part. But that is where I got it from, so I thought the would carrry some parts. I guess I was mistaken, sell a product you should have parts for that product wouldn't you think. :confused:
