In a word, NO! Rare plants of great expense often require low cost installation while the reverse is often true where cheap plants take more time to install. Know your costs to perform the installation, rarely is it simple double the cost of the plant.

"average" install with common plants..........sure.

but don't forget compost and prep work, how's the soil? size of the plant? mulch? mileage for the job? paying someone? blah blah blah
