25 hp Kohler dying

I have a 1999 Great Dane chariot with 300 hours with a Kohler 25 hp.engine

The problem I am having with it is it will run for about 30 to 40 min and die I checked the spark with a standard small engine spark tester when it stopped both coils were jumping the gap of the tester. I changed the fuel filter next same problem also changed the fuel pump when it dies I cant see any fuel in the filter and I also ran the machine with the gas cap loose to see if the vent was plugged no luck.Any help would be appreciated .This is a new one to me.

You said "when it dies I cant see any fuel in the filter " Remove the gas cap and with a flashlight check the inside of the tank for trash( grass, paper, leaf etc.) I tell customers with this complaint that something is blocking the flow of fuel to the filter and also check the petcock and fuel line to the filter for debris. Hope this helps:)

also make sure the fuel tank is venting. !!!!
