I, personally, am not working on either Monday or Tuesday.
If my crews want the time then I will allow them to perform row mowing at several of the accounts I manage.

We're off Monday, and Tuesday is a paid holiday for the crews - I told them if they wanted a four day weekend Monday wouldn't be paid - everyone said GREAT! LETS DO IT!

As far as the rain goes, we might even cut grass Wednesday, everything may be too wet still - we'll see in the morning.

We normally do our commercial strips, doc office, senate office, etc on Monday ....but we'll flip Mon with Tues n call it by noon on Tues .... otherwise they be cutting on Sat

I'm sure that's how my foreman will call it .... but it's his call

We are going to mow all day Wed.-Sat., rain or shine. Has to be done. The Toro doesn't seem to cut too bad in the rain. I will not be cutting Sunday-Tues. Got a long overdue spend time with the family type stuff going on. :clapping:

We mow Sundays anyway so Sun, Mon, will be business as usual. I might try to run my two person crew mon, and try to do the tues. route myself on mon, I have already been told I will be working myself tuesday if I decide to work.

Not enough rain in ohio, we could use about 2 to 3 inches of steady rain, grass is starting to burn up! I hate it. But I will be most business on the 4th, dont really want to bother anybody at their home on a holiday, god for bid i would get to have some fun...

The grass is starting to grow like crazy again here from the little bit of rain we've had. I intend on going out Sunday & Monday to get monday & tuesday done a day earlier. Party starts at 10AM at a friends house and won't stop till well after midnight, over $2500 in fireworks this year :D

Since I am by myself, I will just move my Monday to Sunday and Tuesday to Monday and have Tuesday off. We need rain here too. It has rained a little but not enough. We could use 2 or 3 inches.

July 3rd has always been a busy day for me anyway. People wanting their lawns looking good for the parades. But i will be working, just gonna have to be where the parades arn't.
