29 plus 6 acres to bid . need a little help

I need a little help with a bid. Two properties owned by the same person.
The first is approx. 6 acres it will be mowed once a month at a height of 10-12 in. The second is 29 acres and will be mowed every other month and the same height. I will be using a tractor with 45 horse at the pto with a 6' finish mower. Most of it is flat. Little to knock down with anything else.

How are you going to mow at 12" high??

Even with a 3-point, that means that you're going to be running the thing almost all the way up the entire time, and you're NOT going to be able to cut it there, since the tires of the tractor are going to mash 1/2 of it down.
