TurfQuip thought my link on his front page confused his visitors. So, he removed the link.
I like it, it just keeps getting better all the time. Quite a change from the Lawnicure days. :)
----------
Eric@ELM
CJC, get a 19 inch monitor. :) I noticed when I was on the Grass Master forum, that one didn't fit my 17".
Vladislav, when Chuck told me last year this new forum would be a lot better than Lawnicure, I never dreamt it would be this good, now your going bigger and better. I tell everyone about this forum. Don't worry, I am spreading the word. Keep up the good work. I love it.

----------
Eric@ELM
Different look, same great site. I have noticed a change in operation though. I have
to hit the reload button when I'm done reading a thread if I want to go back to the
topics page. I used to just hit the back
button...Thanks for your hard work on this site
----------
Valhalla lawn and pool
Hello Everybody:
Things are looking a lot better here & I think everyone else will agree to that!
This is information that I have gathered over time, LOL I love to gather information, it's something I'm very good at!
The average surfer settings, hardware & software.
15" monitor at 800X600 pixels, 16-bit high color settings & fonts set to small size.
28,800 modem but is fixing to go up in baud rate soon.
Most font settings on websites & default settings on browsers are verdana, georgia, arial, which pretty much the industry standards. Thats what the settings are on this page if you view the source. The font size is 1 (8pt) & 2 (10pt). My site is set for verdana only, 2 (10pt) which I will change later.
Windows 98 is about 50% & Windows 95 35%, then you have the others which is 15% total. Over 80% of your browsers is MSIE. Last time I checked Netscape is only about 8% or 9% of the viewing audience.
80% of my surfers are using AOL.
I have all pages set at around 600 pixels + or - a little, Home page & start up page has a fixed settings & rest of pages text wrap to fit the screen, But can go down to 600 pixels wide or a little less. This is so everyone can view without scrolling unless they have their settings set another way.
There's plenty more, but all I can think of & can't seem to find the other info that I had saved.
Hey, these are just information I've gathered from my website statistics & Info I gathered from the MSFP2K NewsGroup. Everybodys info will be a little different.
Chuck & Davidzon keep up the good work, Thank you for Everything!
That's all I know!
----------
GrassMaster - Home: www.lawnservicing.com
My Start Up Page www.lawnservicing.com/startup/

I'm glad you added a used equipment forum. I was banned five months ago for debating the finer points of cutting out the middle man when a gentleman was trying to sell his used Snapper here.
Anyway, now we aren't paying a middle man. Seems like more than coincidence with the Turfquip page removing the link to this forum.
John
cjcland,
The same happens to me when I have too many windows open, I think the computer runs low on memory available and it loses the formatting. I close a few windows and reload and all is ok.
I use Netscape 3.0 personal edition on a 150 mhz Pentium with 48mb RAM.
Bill
