Now that is a paver job. Great job landing that one! Hopefully it will be very profitable for you. It is tough to sell even a small job around here. People just don't want to spend it, and the big money neighborhoods use the same couple of contractors. Once we break in though. . . we will be golden! It only takes one job in the right neighborhood. Then you are nailing jobs like the one in your pics. Congrats, and send us some finished pictures!

Theres a nice size one! How long did it take you all in all? Any mechanical installation? Looks good.

Finished picture attached. No mechanical installation, all done by hand. It took a 5 - 6 person crew 15 days including the base & grading. In some areas we had to raise the grade by 18 inches as the site contractor evidently could not read his transit. So we spent some time installing crusher run in lifts to be sure the base won't settle. We should complete the remainder of the project this week which includes approximately 1,300 CY of topsoil, 3,000 CY of fill, 5 acres of hydroseed, and over 700 trees and shrubs.

Very good job on paver job. What did you charge sq. foot for the crush and run and sand and the pavers them selves.
Thanks.
