Looking for only a one word answer to my question. We need a 36' within the next few months and I just wanted to ask you all what you prefer. Looking at a hydro 36' with a floating deck. Either Exmark Turf Tracer HP or Hustler Trimstar (any other suggestions as well). If anyone has used both then the only question I have for you is
Hustler or Exmark?

I would go Exmark. Hear Hustler pretty good but never have used it.

I do not believe that either makes a 36' model - maybe 36" - Go JD?
Oh sh&& I probably killed this thread.

Didn't kill it at all Brad, I would go eXmark on this. It's all in dealer support here eXmark is king.

Around here, eXmark is 40 miles away - JD is 2 miles - JD has great support, and eXmark may also, it is just that they are too far away.

I'm guessing you mean 36" and Hustler is the BEST

H-Bar by hustler. The best control system for any mower.

If your dealers won't let you demo any by actually mowing, see if they'll let you drive (i guess walk) them around in the parking lot, so you can get a feel for the controls. You need to see what you are most comfortable with. They both have great customer support and the prices probably aren't too far off from each other, but I may be wrong. I recommend hustler because I like mine, but there's many people who like both brands. You just need to check out the machines in person, or maybe you should, no how about you. :dizzy: :dizzy: I don't know which one of you I am talking to.

Hustler hands down, ECS controlls pale in comparison to the H-Bar and yes I have many hours on both ECS controlls and H-bar controlls.
