Hydroseeding guarantee

What type of guarantee (if any) do you folks offer for hydroseeding with regards to Mother Nature. Have any of you had problems with wash outs and replants? Does the contractor have to eat time and material? A few days ago I had asked for a sample contact that I may use in my business specific to the planting of grass. I have not heard anything and assume that many may not even be using a contract.
