You can have cheap or commercial, but not both at the same time (unless maybe you find a used commercial)

Toro pro line 21 \Exmark metro 21 are very good mowers.The Toro Proline with BBC is 1300 tax and all around here for an 06.Honda hydro 06 another very good mower,and our main 21-inch mower of choice, 1350 tax and all in this neck of the woods.

even homeowners ask me whats the best cheap mower on the market .i tell them there is no such thing

Even the cheapest is not cheap. A push Honda Commercial mower will set you back around $625, a push Lawnboy Commercial mower is around $650. They don't come much cheaper than that......Mike

You must have got the best out of the masses. That gcv 160 is a throw away engine. But it's great to see them working for you. :clapping:

I personally have had good luck with Lawnboy mowers commercially. Late 80's and 90s for push mowers. Not the best self propelled till you get into the gold series. I'd buy any lawnboys of that time before I would buy new. If I was to buy new. anything that has a honda engine on it. I personally have a Honda 216hrs. Best side discharge I have seen in any mower, and more than enough power.
