commercial landscaping

i was wondering how you guys get commercial accounts for landscaping. ive been doing residential and would like to get into the commercial more. anything would be help full. thanks

I would stick to the residential accounts unless you have lots of operating cash. The pay off on commercials jobs can be 90 days. One big job would cause most small owner/operators to do stupid things....like borrow money to stay in business.

If residentials are working...stick with that. IMO.

Commercial can be a pain and sometimes not worth it. Usualy all tied up and under contract with someone. What you could do though is talk to contractors who are building on the site and ask if they are still accepting bids for the Landscaping.
