Can someone tell me why the label on Burnout2 does not list vinegar as an active ingredient? Can someone shed some light on this for me?

the manufacturere doesnt determine what is active or inert,,,,,that comes off of a list published by the epa.
vinegar must be on their inert products list.

Vinegar is permitted in products as an inert up to 8% in unregistered exempt 25b products, and over 8% as an inert in products that are registered. this link should help
