Anyone install putting greens?

I have a good customer that asked me if i could install a putting green in his back yard. i told him that i had never done this before but would get info and if possible, give it a shot. should i get involved? any advice welcome.

I think the grass they use is bentgrass. It'd have to be mowed every other day and watered almost everyday.

depends if they want pushup style or usga spec, what ever you do, NO californai style! Can be pretty costly depending on the size. Maintenance of the green is going to be pretty high. Try and find some info online and know that irrigation is going to be a MUST! I hate to say it, but if you never have managed bentgrass greens, i'd probably pass and save yourself the headache.gl
