How many trained goats would you guys recommend for a 1/2 acre? Do you think a herd of thirty goats on a 6'X16" high sided open trailer could do the job in an hour? How many herd dogs would be required? Do you think I should poop scoop upon leaving? I was thinking of training the goats with those dog shock collars/invisible fences and orange flags. This way when I got to the property to be serviced all I would have to do is quickly put out a dozen or so of the flags & then release the goats. The dogs could watch for non- obedient goats and also help with the reloading.
