Hot tub on raised patio?

Has anyone ever built a raised patio with the intention of the home owner to put a hot tub on it? If so, what if any extra precautions did you take. Thanks for any info.

i should be more than fine. i used flow able fill for most of the back fill and then around 10" of 2a modified on top of that. i thought i should just check to ease my mind. not that i can do anything about it now.
