Great Dane Hydro snapping bolts

Have a 32" Great Dane with the single transaxle hydro. Has worked very well except it has started snapping the bolts that hold the brake band to the frame. It does not matter what hardness of bolt, it breaks it. The only thing I can think is that it has something to do with the adjustment for the drive release when you apply and release the brake. It breaks either one, and it is happening with greater frequency(daily). Any help?

See if you can find a schematic and look for possibly a missing detent spring that causes the brake band to release .
