Just bought a new starter for my lesco kawi fc540va99253

It turns but no spark now.

I have 4 wires

1. Red - hot from battery to bottom Right of starter

2. Black - from battery to top of motor

3. orange and yellow(small) - connected to starter at the same place as the hot wire

4. white/off white - plug in to starter.

I took the starter off and replaced with a new one and forgot where all the wires should go. I thought I did it right but the motor gets no spark.

Does anyone have a pic of the correct electrical hookups for this starter?

thanks for any help

Sorry KC, I'm having a problem getting Adobe to open my service manual.
Been trying to figure it out for a hour now, Guess I'm a better wrench spinner than computer tech. :hammerhead: I did jump on my old back-up computer but I don't have a program to paste it in to post. I did see it probably won't help you because that is a engine harness and doesn't have 4 wires. You will probably need a pic. of the Lesco unit harness which I don't have.
