Does anyone have any tips or easy methods to install a new recoil spring for a string trimmer? I've attempted this and came very close to success but at the last second the spring popped out and over the hook end, if that makes any sense. I left the plastic ring around the spring but still couldn't get the spring installed properly.
Thanks in advance!

While the procedure boils down to similar steps no matter which brand blower it is, the specifics may depend on your specific model/serial no.s.
