the stock one is till on there too cause i couldnt figure out a way to mount it on but what i di was i took a pices of 1 1/2" pvc cut down the middle of it the slid it onto the old striper then screwed it in capped one side filled it with sand capped the other and thats it works nice, i can lay some mean stripes with it on a nice lawn unfoutantly the lawn pictured has alot of bentgrass in it so it looks like the stripes just stop in some points.

Sulkey or did you walk? Looks great. I hope my Exmark will make stripes like that.

Walk? No way that would be too much work that lawn is 3 1/2 acres and the other is 1 1/4 acres. When I first started with the gateway I walked but soon realized it would kill me fast walking that much. I would never go back now the only thing I don't like about sulky's are that they hurt my knee's. Good luck with your eXmark I'm sure it will do fine.:waving:

ALarsh

What sulky do you have? You can't see the tire marks so maybe a proslide?

Thanks

What sulky do you have? You can't see the tire marks so maybe a proslide?

Thanks

It is home made and an excellent one at that, it follows in the tire marks perfectly and holds your feet in very well too. On my gateway I have a Velky that I bought last year the year before that I had a Sulky brand, all of were/are 2 wheel.

Something else I played around with. The wave was worked in good over the last two weeks. I cut east to west in one direction to lighten up the rest of the wave and ran over every other light stripe I think it gave a cool effect.

Got the new playground going in the background. Adding almost three acres.

Thanks a lot! I had just gotten back from vacation and we got more rain than expected so the grass was about 10" long, and since nothing I've got goes through 12" of grass without leaving some sort of windrow so i pulled out the old craftsman sweeper and did a double-wide pass.

Is that you're work truck?

Ok Lets add 1 more month to this thread...But It will have nothing to do with the stand off.
Lets just call it a extension from August
Rules: 1 Picture per striper only
winners will be picked at the end of this month.
And If Lawn site would like to give a T shirt to these hard working striper's that would be great... and much appreciated
Also the 9 guys that won are In a separate contest...This Is just for striper's that missed out ore want to try again.
Any Prize donations...Please contact me.
Best of luck to yaa all.
