I don't post many pics, but I am these because this was from a contract we signed last month and is a local high-end restaurant that one of the largest LCO's in the world had been servicing for the past year and the rest was extremely unhappy with. The before pics are that LCO's work (which was "suppose" to have been a seeding and then maintenance job) and the after are our sod job that we did today to fix their mess. We of course prepped the grounds first (which I didn't get any pics of) and remember in these pics my guys are still just finished laying the sod and in most of them had not rolled or even finished watering yet.

Nice job Mike. I have been by that place a many of times. That restaurant hasn't been there very long to look like the before shot. Seems like the other company was doing a bad job. Overall that spruced it up.

Last one as I have bored you enough....... That's also my 2nd Dually this year, as I like the first one so well I went back and got another.

BTW, they did this one in about 4 or 5 hours (not including prep which was done by one of my other crews) but did include also planting 36 annuals around the 3 primary tree rings where the other LCO had only part bark mulch and nothing more.

Yeah it has only been there a couple years or so, but the LCO had really neglected it.

Looks very well done, from the pics.

What kind of grass? Its so different from St. Augustine, we throw it down and very rarely do people down here get the seams tight, or roll it for that matter.
