Hi All,

I was thinking that maybe we could have a sticky thread with all the abrev's and explanations of codes that are commonly used within the forum about our bussiness.

I've got no idea what most of them are so If the well educated persons in this field could enlighten us all, I believe that this would be of great assistance to all that visit the forum that aren't aware of them. :canadaflag:

When I first became a member, I was wondering what all the abbreviations were and actually tried looking for posts on abbreviations, but never really came up with anything. I've actually learned most of them over time, some of which I was like, "DUH!" but anyway, I wasn't sure what HOA was in the beginning but it looked like it was a vulgar term and I actually thought it meant, "Home owner a**hole." Over time, I realized it was actually, "Homeowner's association." Guess I wasn't too far off.
