how do you fill in pools

i have a customer that ripped down there pool and has sand there now but wants to put grass there .do i cover it with topsoil seed it and starter fertilizer.i told them i dont know how but i would get back to him.any help would be great.

That is all i did to my own last year. It worked out fine. Make sure you use the same type of grass seed.
