When can you sealcoat

I was just wondering when you can spray on sealer. I live in Northern Va. Are there certain temp. constraints that you have to follow or can you work in the winter? Thanks.

No Rain. The good rule is above 55 at night, but realisticly 40 and you can be ok. There is a lot of technical stuff to it that I dont want to get into right now, but the sealer needs temps of 55 to properly align the molecules of the sealer to form a good seal over the pavement.
