Can't you keep the business and hire laborers? It may be tight in the beginning but it may work out also! I guess I don't know all the details though.

Best of luck. I know how hard it can be to let something go that you so hard to get. Sorry, to see you go.
It's got to be tough giving up your lawn care business but your health and well being are #1! Especially if you have a family to look out for.
Take care of that back situation and best of luck to you in everything that you do! :D
Peace!

Ron,
Man, I hate to hear that. I'm a solo op too but this IS my job. Why don't you try the hired labor for your biz and see how that goes? The worst thing that could happen is it could fail and you're already at the point of letting it go. You've already got the equipment and some open doors. All you need are some bodies to use the equipment with ...
I hope to see you around some more on LS, perhaps in the elements of business ;) .
Good luck Ron, and God bless you and your family.
Ron, I'm sorry that it ended up this way, but everything happens for a reason. Life is to short to have all the worries and hassels. Enjoy life and take it easy on the back. Take Care

Good luck ron. Maybe in the future if things turn in a different direction you can start up again or better yet work from the office and give all the advice that you learned here on lawnsite.
Best of Luck...

Best of Luck Ron. Health is more important. See how you feel in a year or two as there are lots of guys that have healed well in spite of what the Doctors say. Good Luck.
