44 Proline Making Loud Noise

I have a 44 Proline with a T bar that makes a loud clacking sound when I try to turn and it stops the shaft from spinning. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey sorry for taking so long to get back with you but I've been playing catch up. The coupler slid down on the shaft so I just replaced it.
