I switched from their standard deck to the advantage deck this year and it was a big difference.

WHAT KIND OF DIFFERENCE

It leaves fewer straggles in taller grasses.

I think most newer Scags come with this deck, but you can make the conversion if you have the older deck.

You can do it yourself, but it's quite a project.

It dosnt make sense to me that scag has made a improved modified deck but still continues to sell the old outdated decks on all mowers. I thought when a company makes improvments on a product there supposed to discontinue the old product style... whats the catch here?
