that can be planted on basically small gravel. the guy says it is tough to get soil back in this area and he would like to plant something. annual rye would probably germinate right, but would die out in the summer. is there any grasses that would come in decent, buffalo? any groundcovers taht you can think of? i know this is a little silly, but it seems like there is no way to put even 2-3 inches of topsoil down. it has some subsoil to it maybe.
