What does everyone do with leaves before the final cleanup? Do you clean them up each time? Do you just mulch them up over and over? Do you just mow them over once? What do you do? And if you do any of that, do you up your prices for all that or how do you do it? I'm just trying to stay competitive and in business and see what everyone else thinks the best way is and see if I've been doin it right

I have alway kept on mowing until leaves get to thick to bag. Then out comes the leaf box, blower, and alot of time blowing out beds. As you know for a few weeks you suck up leaves, then all of a sudden your under a foot a leaves.

mulch them up till you no longer can cut. then if its still warm and the grass is growing, get them for leaf removal plus a cut. if there are still more leaves coming down after, get them for more hours for the final clean up.

as of Oct 1, I change to bi-weekly visits and do leaf clean ups.......I charge 2.5 times my normal mowing charge. This has worked very well for me for years. I finish in early Dec. with final clean ups
