need some advice

ok. soooo i really dont feel like making a name and all that jazz on plowsite and i only have one question. so i think i am going to advertise in the paper that i will do snow removal in residential areas around me. i only have a snow blower so it cant be to big. how should i word it in the paper and how soon should i put in the add? ...i live in central ohio. how much should i charge? maybe $25 a driveway?
