Maruyama Hedge Trimmers

I just bought ( sight unseen) a pair of Maruyama HT2300DR hedge trimmers.
These are in excellent condition.
Anyone have these?
What are they like?
Very Commercial unit I hear.
Paid very little. <$100.00.

The toss up was between Shindaiwa or these. I always root for the underdog or sleeper.

Not a bad hedge trimmer if you need something small. No guards on the blades, no anti-vib. but they do have rotating handles.

Hey, what David said. I replied to another thread about the same HT2300DR's that I bought and I'd never go back. The fumes ARE definately a problem however, and if you're going to use them for any extended length of time or even on a daily basis, at almost 11 lbs. they can get a little heavy, too. That was an excellent buy at $100.
