I would go to lesco and get the 5-10-31 with 10% Iron and apply. Will green up good with little N applied.

When using the Lesco 5-10-31 should you be concerned about the temperature? Should it be watered immediately after application?

This is a granular fert so watering while good, is not a must. If spraying then yes, watering would be best. They also have an Iron that is 12% in a brown bag, it's more but boy is my lawn green! :D
