Sod job help (somewhat long)

I am going over a proposal and want to make sure I have all bases covered. I know geographical differences affect price, but I want your feedback.

Here are the assumptions:
15,000 SF area to be tilled, amended and sodded (no grading).
It's a fenced backyard so access is limited, gate is @ 6ft wide.
The sod is palisades zoysia as part of the area is shaded.

So I was thinking:

Since access is limited, skid steer is probably not practical, but tilling all that with a rear tine tiller seems like a nightmare (i don't know what to do here or how many hours it will take) Maybe a dingo with tiller attachment?

X man hours to till and rake the property
1 man hr to spread the amendments
$60 for the amendments
35 pallets of sod at 450 SF each @$162.50 each (delivery included)!!
16-20 man hours to lay the sod
1 hr to water roll the sod
$150 for delivery of *tilling machinery* and water roller

Am I forgetting anything? Any comments, criticisms? What would you bid?

15 k sq/ft is too big for a Dingo.
Take the fence down.
It will take you way too long too carry the sod through the gate.



Prep and lay 10,500 bucks will cover it.



If it is going too be reel mowed you can top coat the ground with sand before laying the sod.That is extra.
It will roll flat better.

I include rolling normally.
I would rent a ride on or a gasoline walk behind.

I have never used Palisades Zoysia ,but I have yet too find any that would take shade as advertised.

Also remember it is very late in the year for that type of sod.Not much time too root in before going dormant.

Remember Zoysia will not tolerate siting on the pallets in the sun like Bermuda will.
Haste makes waste.

There is no way 16 - 20 man hours is enough too lay it.

I already submitted the bid to the client, but would like your thoughts on this:
I bid 10,415.00 broken up like this:

Rentals 650 (skids steer, roller)
Materials 6,397 (Sod, lime and starter fert)
Fuel and deliveries 290
Labor 43 hrs @ $60 2,580
Overhead 497

Did I forget anything? Any costs "out of line"?
Any feedback would be great as this is my first "large" job.
