What is my 302.5 worth

One of my subcontractors has been hounding me to buy my Cat 302.5. Its a 1999 with 2000 hrs, open cab, orig. tracks, etc. Truth be told, he's probably put more hours on it than me. As we do less and less of this type work each year I really don't need it. What is a good starting point to ask for?
