Mini Z 42 Have To Double Cut

Hi there having problems with new miniz 42 leaving grass uncut?does anyone know if there is a solution to this problem.Blades are brand new and have tried slowing down also,seems no matter what i try i still have to double cut.
any info would be helpful.

Have you talked to your dealer about this? have they looked at it?
Check belt tension and engine RPM along with deck pitch, these are the basics and we need to know that they are right.
e-mail me and I can get our regional service rep and dealer working on this ASAP.
