I want to bid on a yard this week that needs plenty of help. The owners are wanting to totally re-do the yard. There is alot of shade in the front and alot of sunshine on the sides of the house. I have a small tractor to work with. I have never prepped a yard to seed before. What is the best way to prepare the yard to seed after tilling. The yard has 4,200 sq. ft. How much to charge for this project?
