tow behind aerator??

Just wondering what you guys think about the Home Depot tow behind aerator? any thoughts? They have one for 269.00 bucks that you can add sand/seed or whatever for weight in the back, first fall season and just trying to get a few ideas on this??? any thoughts?

Frame is not that sturdy. I believe you would be better off renting an aerator for the day and take care of all your jobs at once.
