I've seen some homemade kits using chains and rubber flaps. I'm wondering if boat rollers (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Yates-Rubber-Boat-Trailer-Rollers-4-pieces_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ26455QQihZ019QQitemZ290040363075QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW) would work... slide them onto some sort of shaft and weld them to a bracket and to the rear of the deck (48" WB). Think this would work, or is there a cheaper way? I guess I'd need 11-12 of them, I could probably find a cheap lot of them somewhere. What do you guys think?
