a dodge dakota motorsport. They only made 1027 of them. Came like that from the factory. Its some special addition they had in 2001 when dodge came back in nascar.

Is it true that the 1500hd is more than a 2500 hd?

Sweet truck Mark!. I have a couple of question. Why didn'y you get the D/A? I remember you saying you wanted to get a diesel away back. Whats the gas mileage one that? I used an 2006 D/A for a week and got 18mpg hauling my 18ft trailer and two choppers around. And also nice set up you got there! Also how much did it end up costing you? CHEVY RULES:weightlifter:

Thanks. I didnt get the D/A because this is for work only. I have an explorer for personal use. If I was getting a truck for personal and work, then i'd get the D/A. Plus I needed a small truck (than my f350 dump truck) for plowing small places.

I got it for 24k with the plow OUT the Door.

Why did you get rid of your last Chevy 2500HD gasser, just to buy another one, pretty much identical to it? Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the truck, I just don't see the point???

Looks good! I'd say you got a good deal on it. Cant touch them new around here for less then mid 26's-27 WITHOUT the plow.

Hey Mark have a couple of more questions for you. On your roof lights is the metal cut out then the lights go threw the holes in the metal or are they glue up there? Also what is this truck being used for? Lawncare? Landscaping? I can get a deal on one just like that but don't know if I want to go to another gas truck to do both landscaping and lawncare, using a gas truck for lawncare is ok cause you don't have to go to separate pumps to fill up the machines and then the truck. Thanks Mark

Dont know about the lights. Both. I plan on using the dump more for landscaping and this for lawncare. But I dont know. I bought it for plowing, I'll worry about what I will use it for next spring.

Here is with the plow on. Also notice the huge side boards. They're awesome for leaves.

Whats the deal with the front of the trailer, looks like it got crushed by the dump?

it did. and the worst part is that it was from going in Drive, not reverse. Oh well, I plan on fixing it this winter or spring. Im not worried about it.

How do you like the overall performance of the western plows?

J&R, never used them, I had a curtis last year and it sucked. These westerns are easy to hook up, and everyone has them so they must be good.
