Briggs 3.5 carb removal

I've searched the archives and haven't found anything to help....Have a Briggs 3.5 model 91212 Type 0213.
I'm trying to remove the carb from the fuel tank. Removed all (3, I think) screws that hold the carb to the tank. I can't quite get the two to separate. I know the fuel pickup straw goes into the fuel tank. Is that what is hanging up?

Look under your throttle shaft plate for another screw, You have to hold it in wide open position to get to it.....
