How many people have commercial locations for their shops? Is it worth it for the extra visability and professional apearance?

Most places you need a commercial location to be a lco.

My back yard is a parking lot!!!
It is not legal to run this type of business out of a home in my area, but my neighbors are good. We keep a very low profile, and have a good fence. With some ingenuity we keep 3 work trucks plus the 6 workers vehicles plus extra trailer, plus my personal vehicle, in my 9,000 sqft back yard.
Running out of your home does have tax advantages of course! :clapping:
Does this make me scrubby???? I hope so!!!

Hmm I wonder how many people are going to see this now that it has been placed into the beginers section. Which one of you moderators did I piss off.

The shop, buildings, rock, mulch etc yard, all reside on commercially zoned property.Years ago, When we acquired the property before the area become commercially zoned, value was of much less value, the property value has jumped tremendously.

My building is part of a 23 acre industrial/commercial site. I've been there around 10 years so far.

I own 7 acres, 5 is in pasture, 2 is our residence. I am expanding my shop yard on the upper end of the pasture, so I will have + or - 1.5 acres where my shop is.
