Buying a business

I am just starting out and was asked if I wanted to buy someone's business for $45,OOO. It includes 39 yards and equiptment. Could someone help me think this out? Thanks

Just to give you a heads up, the guys on here are gonna want a complete equipment list to help answer your question. From all of the research I have done they don't count the actual accounts to be worth very much as accounts aren't the biggest hurdle in this business.

But if they are homes --39-- That seems low,
Without even knowing any more-- I will say 98% sure it is not a good deal.
