Leaf Vac system for my Z-turn or Walkbehind blowers?

I'm wondering what would be the best for fall cleanups? I think I will buy a Walk behind regardless, but have this dream of me vacuuming leaves nice n' quick and then just being able to dump them. Blowing leaves and dragging tarps on large properties can be a pain. I hear some people say they just do leaf blowers and some people mostly do mow/vac. I only have a couple accts. that I mow for.

I just looked at a trac-vac from Palmor Products WWW.trac-vac.com the model I looked at is the 470 it can be used on walkbehinds exmark for sure. The cost of this is $1500 it could be what oyur looking for or you can search around. Just some imput.

We hace 4 of them. The biggest problem with them is the dust that vents out the top of the barrel.
