Mine happens to be watering 6 rose bushes that takes me about 5 minutes. They want me to do it once a week for $25.00. Theres no grass to cut, just water them and go!

I like the small townhomes. The center lots that take no more than 5 minutes. $15 a pop, knock out a whole row in no-time.

Across the street from an acre and a half residential account I cut just the front lawn, takes approximately 10 minutes and don't have to move the truck to get to it.

I had a customer that I did 2 commercial properties and their home. The old company did the home for almost 9 months after she ended the service with them. That was easy.

House with no grass in the yard, just rocks, customer applies round up to rocks and I maintain the boulevard only (100 sq ft).
