Tested one out today at a dealership by me. Awsome machine! Dealer wants 550.00 for it. Is that a good price or to high?

It's better than what i paid for at my dealer in MA. I paid $599 for mine but i also got a 15% off coupon for any parts or accessories for any equipment and a maintenance kit for the ebz8000 that included extra parts for it. Well worth the money what ever you pay... i'm very pleased with mine.

The Redmax 8001 is being released soon. You can get one now if you know where to look.

Yes... this is TRUE.

I already have mine in the field working.
My advice to those looking at this class of blower is to wait for the 8001's if they can.
But I realize that's not practical for the guy who just had a unit crap out.

I was able to talk my dealer down about 30 bucks off the retail price. Plus, it came with a tool/maint. kit.
